🔹 1. What is Formetric3D Innovation LTDA?

Formetric3D Innovation LDA is a company specializing in professional 3D printing and on-demand manufacturing , using technical materials such as ASA, ABS, PP, and PCTG .
We develop functional and design components for the automotive, industrial, architectural, and product sectors.

🔹 2. Do you work only with companies or also with individuals?

We work with both .
We produce parts for private clients, professionals, and companies , adapting the production process to the specific needs of each project.

🔹 3. What materials are available?

We offer a variety of engineered materials for different applications:

  • ASA – High UV and mechanical resistance (ideal for outdoor and automotive use)

  • ABS – impact and heat resistant

  • PP (Polypropylene) – flexible, lightweight and durable.

  • PCTG – transparent, durable and recyclable

Other materials may be made available upon request.

🔹 4. Can I send my own 3D file for printing?

Yes. We accept files in .STL, .STEP, .OBJ, .3MF , and other formats.
Before production, we conduct a free technical analysis to ensure the model's viability and the best possible final result.

🔹 5. Do you do design or just printing?

We do both.
Our team offers 3D modeling and functional design services , helping to transform ideas into models optimized for printing and real-world use.

🔹 6. What is the average production time?

The timeframe varies depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
On average:

  • Small items: 3 to 5 business days

  • Medium/large projects: depends on the size of the part.
    Deadlines are always confirmed before production begins.

🔹 7. How are the parts shipped?

The parts are packaged with technical protection and shipped via partner carriers (CTT, DHL, DPD or UPS).
You will receive a tracking code to follow the shipment.
