💰 Refund Policy

At Formetric3D Innovation LTDA , customer satisfaction is our priority.
Each piece is produced with the utmost precision and quality using 3D printing technology and carefully selected materials.
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns may be requested.


🧾 1. Customized Products and Printed on Demand

Due to the customized nature of our products — developed specifically for each client using bespoke 3D printingwe do not accept returns or offer refunds after production has begun, except in cases of:

  • Proven manufacturing defect;

  • Technical error in order fulfillment (different from what the customer specified);

  • Damage during transport duly documented.

In these cases, we offer free replacement of the part or a full refund , subject to technical evaluation.


📦 2. Standard Products (Non-Customized)

For stock products or non-customized parts, the customer is entitled to:

  • Return the product within 14 days of receipt, no justification required, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 ;

  • The product must be unused , in its original packaging , and accompanied by the invoice .

After receiving and verifying the product's status, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days .

⚠️ The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defects or shipping errors on our part.


🔍 3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery;

  2. Send clear photos of the product and packaging;

  3. Wait for instructions regarding return or replacement.

After analysis, if the defect is confirmed, a new product will be sent at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued.


⏱️ 4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
The timeframe for credit approval may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.


🧠 5. Cases Not Eligible for Reimbursement

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Customized products or products made to specific order;

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modifications after delivery;

  • Orders cancelled after production has begun.
