At Formetric3D Innovation LDA , we are committed to ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered safely, transparently, and within the established deadlines.
🕐 Processing Times
After payment confirmation, the order automatically goes into production.
Since we work with custom parts and on-demand 3D printing , the average production time ranges from 3 to 10 business days , depending on the complexity of the project and the quantity requested.
Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
📦 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via trusted partner carriers (e.g., CTT, DHL, DPD, UPS), depending on the destination and product type.
The customer will receive a tracking code as soon as the shipment is made, allowing them to follow the order's progress in real time.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
For large volume or international orders, additional shipping and/or customs fees may apply, which will be duly informed before purchase confirmation.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship throughout the European Union and to other countries upon request.
Delivery times and costs vary by region. The customer is responsible for any import taxes, local VAT, or customs duties .
📦 Deliveries and Receiving
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.
If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the cost of resending will be the customer's responsibility.
Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. If there is any visible damage, the customer must report the incident to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours .
🔁 Delays or Exceptions
In rare cases of delays due to external factors (strikes, weather conditions, lack of raw materials, etc.), we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new estimated delivery date.
